I didn't come from money. I didn't have a plan. I just had an overwhelming need to prove that there was a different way to live — and an inability to accept that the path laid out in front of me was the only one available.
I started at the bottom. Working in fitness because I loved it, built something from nothing, and eventually turned that into a business that took me across Europe — living and coaching in the kind of places most people only visit on holiday.
At the peak, I had everything the highlight reel version of success is supposed to look like.
And then I came home. Not because I had to. Because something was missing.
What followed was the hardest and most important season of my life. The money was largely gone. The business needed rebuilding. My wife was pregnant with our first child. And for the first time, I had to sit with the truth that I'd been very good at earning — and very bad at building.
That's when everything in this book was forged. Not from theory. From necessity.
I rebuilt from scratch, rebuilt properly this time, and built a life on my own terms — one that works in health, in wealth, and in the relationships that actually matter. I work with entrepreneurs now because I've lived every version of this journey. The highs, the resets, and everything in between.
This book is what I wish someone had handed me at the start.
